Terms of Service (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and BoostX LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”) governing your use of the BoostX mobile application and related services (“App”, “Service”).

By creating an account or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, BoostX LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. User-Generated Content

The App allows users to create and share content, including profiles, messages, and other materials (“User Content”).

You are solely responsible for the User Content you submit and for any consequences arising from it.

6. Prohibited Content and Conduct (Zero Tolerance)

BoostX has zero tolerance for objectionable or abusive content.

You agree not to post, share, or engage in content or behavior that includes, but is not limited to:

• Hate speech, harassment, or bullying
• Threats of violence or encouragement of harm
• Sexually explicit or pornographic content
• Content involving minors in a sexual context
• Illegal activities, drugs, or weapons
• Spam, scams, or misleading information

Violation of this section may result in immediate removal of content and suspension or termination of your account without prior notice.

7. Content Moderation and Enforcement

To maintain a safe environment, BoostX LLC reserves the right to:

• Remove or restrict access to User Content that violates these Terms
• Review reported content and take action within 24 hours
• Suspend or permanently terminate user accounts for violations

Users may report objectionable content and block abusive users directly within the App.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or if your conduct poses a risk to other users or the integrity of the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, or suitability of the App for your purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoostX LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

11. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process personal data.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
